sweet potatoes, sliced to 1/4" rounds or slices
1 Tbsp almond butter
1/4 Cup blueberries
1Tbsp hemp seeds
1-2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut

preheat oven to 350. on aluminum foil lined baking sheet, lightly grease or sprayed with coconut oil or evoo cooking spray, arrange sweet potatoes in single layer. bake 12 minutes, flip all slices and bake another 12 minutes. store in fridge for a few days for a sweet snack or enjoy for breakfast with remaining ingredients and sprinkle of cinnamon.
